Excellent host Omer made our trip nice.

Top setting, very amiable staff.

Well-equipped units with a balcony.

Triple room had a comfortable bed. The bathroom we had included shower facilities and a hairdryer and a bathtub.

Complements its prime location in Sultanahmet. The air conditioning worked well. Despite the compact size of our standard double room, the cleanliness was perfect. A small downside was the limited natural light in the room, but the good complimentary greetings made up for it.

Brand-new hotel in a central area just next door to trem & metro station, a central place, close to historical sights, and the trams, bus stop and all the tourist attractions in Sultanahamet area.

Pleasant and excellent hotel located next to all the tourist attractions, the Asian side, and the main tram station. Had double room with smart TV, a balcony, for example. Very central location in the heart of old town. A lot of food options within a close distance from the venue.

Pege Hotel is a culinary gem! The local eateries are a stone's throw away-Olive Anatolian Restaurant and Istanbul Kitchen Cafe are must-visits. The breakfast spots nearby are filled with good local flavors!

Now, the basement room had a bit of a sauna vibe-tough to cool down. It lacked natural light. The pillow situation wasn't ideal either, leaving me with a sore neck on the last night.

I booked good-sized and new-fashioned room with a balcony and smart TV, for example. Having a shower and hairdryers was a bonus.

Expectations were sky-high, but one would think they'd at least offer a complimentary bottle of water or a mini muffin upon arrival. Who doesn't love free food? Woudl ve been nice to have a table in the room to eat or work. Next time, I'll stay elsewhere.

central location, clean rooms, exquisite view to Aja Sofia

The basement room feels like a sauna, lacking sufficient cooling!!! The street can be quiet to a fault, with all stores closing by 9 PM, limiting late-night options.

The location is a brief 5-minute stroll from iconic spots like Hagia Sophia and the Basilica Cistern. Omer, the owner, is a treasure trove of local tips and even provided complimentary snacks for my birthday! The room was clean, comfortable, and had a good view.

We really enjoyed our five-night stay! The rooftop terrace was perfect for relaxing with a view, and the cozy lounge area offered a great place to unwind after a long day. Just a heads up—the bathroom was a bit cramped, but it didn’t take away from our overall experience. 😊

Families with children, this place is a steal

First off, Omer at the front desk really knows his stuff. He helped us figure out where to go and even told us about a local spot for amazing pide. We felt looked after, a rare thing nowadays that makes the whole trip that much better.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but totally worth the experience.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a brief walk from major attractions, but be prepared for an uphill return that can be tiring after a day of exploring. The staff, especially Omer, go above and beyond to ensure guests have everything they need, including useful dining recommendations and even a late check-out on the final day. Clean, spacious rooms and the good local traditional cakes add a charming touch to the experience.
